There are many OVPs to choose from so it's probable that there is one service tailored for your needs. Here's one that may fit the businesses that don't need a full blown service like Brightcove.
I'm still comparing and contrasting different OVPs myself so that I can better recommend them to clients. Wistia characterizes themselves as more of a Video Marketing, Sales, and Collaboration service than strict OVP. The Wistia blog has plenty of worthwhile nuggets as well!
